This application is provided by Pratik K Shah for its staff and authorised users. Access is by invitation only. You must keep your login credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the system only for the firm's professional work.
• Do not attempt to access data you are not authorised to see, or to interfere with the system.
• Do not upload unlawful content or malicious files.
• Do not share client data outside the firm except as your role and our confidentiality duties allow.

3. Confidentiality

All client, financial and personal information in the system is confidential. Your obligations continue after you stop using the system.

4. Monitoring

Activity is logged for security and audit purposes. Access may be suspended or removed at any time.

5. Accuracy

Information, reminders and calculations in the system support, and do not replace, professional judgement. Users must verify statutory dates, filings and amounts before relying on them.

6. Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the firm and its software provider are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the system.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the city of the firm's registered office have jurisdiction.
